As reported by the Brave1 press service, the Paratrooper already has confirmed defeats, including enemy shelters and personnel.
“This is a unique tactic for Ukraine, which has been mastered by only a few units. Alter Ego developed its own specialized IRC “Paratrooper” and a solution for precise drop from a bomber. The entire process from idea to combat use took 10 days,” the cluster said in a statement.
Brave1, in turn, drew attention to the promising development and helped the division find a manufacturer to transition from prototypes to mass production.
The cluster also added that the United States has been working on similar solutions for over 30 years, but has never brought them to combat use.
As dev.ua reported, the Third Army Corps was the first in the world to use IEDs during an offensive.
