Ukraine has codified the unmanned surface complex «Lilya», which is designed to perform logistical, evacuation, and reconnaissance tasks on water.
According to Military, the platform was developed by the Ukrainian company Crocus Manufactory, and the complex itself has already been added to the Brave1 Market platform. It is a multi-purpose unmanned boat that can be used by units of the Defense Forces to work in coastal and river areas.
The main tasks of the platform include cargo delivery, evacuation of the wounded, patrolling and reconnaissance. The complex can also be used to support landing operations and perform special missions. Separately, it is envisaged to use it in engineering tasks, in particular for mining and demining.
The boat’s design allows for its configuration to be changed for different application scenarios. This allows the same platform to be used for different types of missions without developing separate solutions.
The declared range of the Lily is up to 80 km. It is controlled remotely via Starlink or LTE. The company claims that the system is capable of operating even in conditions of active electronic warfare, which is critical for unmanned systems in a combat zone.
According to the developer, the platform has already been tested with units of the Defense Forces. During testing, it confirmed its ability to perform tasks in conditions close to combat, after which the solution was prepared for further scaling.
Previously, dev.ua wrote about the Black Widow 2 small unmanned kamikaze boats, which are capable of performing a variety of tasks: from reconnaissance to cargo delivery.
