WOG presents an updated version of the WOG PRIDE mobile application, one of the company's key and most recognizable digital services. The updated version has a new design, a well-thought-out and intuitive interface, as well as a number of new services.
"Over a million people use WOG PRIDE — for us, it's both trust and responsibility. We are developing the application as a single digital ecosystem for WOG customers: refueling, payment, bonuses, coffee, electric car charging — every daily scenario should be as simple and natural as possible. That's why the new version features WOG PAY Cortado — the first fully automatic refueling service in Ukraine — and a PRIDE subscription with personalized terms for fuel, coffee, shopping, and electric car charging. All of this is the work of our own team together with the Spiilka design bureau, and I am very proud of the people behind it," comments Oleg Kushil, Digital Transformation Director at WOG.
The development of the updated application was carried out by WOG's own team - the digital transformation department; the Spiilka design bureau was responsible for the UX/UI design.
WOG PAY Cortado is a service that transforms the usual process of refueling into a fully automated one. The client only needs to add the license plate once, specify the type of fuel and the card for payment in WOG PRIDE. After that, during subsequent refuelings, the system will automatically recognize the car at the pump, determine the necessary parameters and start the payment.
"Once upon a time — a cash register, then — a telephone, today — nothing. This is how Yevgeny Chorny, the head of the digital tools development department at WOG, described Cortado, and you can't say it more accurately: he drove up, inserted a gun, and drove off. And "Cortado" was initially just a code name that our developer Maksym came up with. But the translation of the name of this wonderful drink turned out to be so apt in meaning that we decided to keep it: cortado in Spanish — "cut", espresso, only slightly "cut" with milk. We also cut the filling — to one movement," explains Oleg Kushil.
The client chooses the format of the service: with or without confirmation before each refueling. After the refueling is completed, the electronic receipt will automatically appear in WOG PRIDE in the "More → Purchase History" section.
Starting September 15, WOG PAY Cortado users will receive an additional benefit. When refueling 20 liters or more and paying with a Visa card, the client will receive a free cortado or any other drink from WOG CAFE. The offer is valid until November 15, 2026.
PRIDE Subscription is another new opportunity for WOG PRIDE users, which combines additional benefits and helps you get more out of your daily purchases and WOG services. The subscription cost is UAH 199 per month.
For Visa holders, a special 1=3 offer is valid until October 15: pay for one month of PRIDE Subscription with a Visa card and receive two more months as a gift.
"We created PRIDE Subscription as an opportunity to get even more benefits from daily purchases and WOG services. Given the fluctuations in world fuel prices and improved personal conditions for users, the cost of the subscription can be compensated during your scheduled refueling. And this is without taking into account additional savings thanks to bonuses at WOG CAFE and WOG MARKET," notes Igor Grigoriev-Ivanochko, head of the PRIDE loyalty program.

WOG RACER is a game developed exclusively for WOG PRIDE users, which adds an element of fun and competition to the application. In the game, you can participate in virtual races and rating races, set your own records, and also upgrade your car. WOG RACER will also host thematic tournaments and special activities.
The WOG PAY Charging service has also been improved in the application, making it even more convenient for electric vehicle drivers. The updated service simplifies interaction with the WOG charging infrastructure and allows you to manage the charging process directly in the WOG PRIDE application.
The focus of Spiilka's work was to create a holistic and intuitive user experience.
“The most difficult part of the work was balancing all the possibilities — WOG has a lot of them, and the screen, unfortunately, is small. How to provide quick access to personal fuel conditions, remind about the charity collection and, of course, not forget about coffee? I hope we succeeded. And I also really like how the visual style of WOG is revealed: colors, font, icons, banner presentation. In my opinion, it turned out very beautifully,” adds Volodymyr Smirnov, design director and partner of the Spiilka design bureau.
The updated application features services on the main screen that WOG guests have already fallen in love with and are actively using: WOG PAY Fuel - for paying for gas directly at the pump, WOG PAY Coffee - for paying for drinks at the coffee machine, and WOG PAY Cafe - for pre-ordering meals and drinks at WOG CAFE before arriving at the gas station.
You can also opt out of printing paper receipts in the application - all receipts will always be saved in WOG PRIDE and available at any time. The purchase history in WOG PRIDE shows in detail all the benefits that the client receives when purchasing fuel and goods in WOG, so that the user can see not only his expenses, but also all the benefits that PRIDE provides.
