This was announced by Roman Zagorodniy, head of the Army+ digital project of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
The main goal of the update is to restore equality and support those defenders who conscientiously fulfill their military duty.
"This is a question of justice: those who honestly maintain the ranks and those who left the unit cannot have the same advantages. If you want to use bonuses and discounts, please come back," Roman Zagorodny emphasized.
The defense ministry emphasized that the fighters had enough time and tools to settle their status and return to service.
"There was enough time and opportunity to close the SZCH: the simplified return program was in effect for 100 days, registers were updated, technical errors or illegal statuses were corrected. Thank you to everyone who took advantage of this," added Roman Zagorodny.
Currently, only those military personnel who act in accordance with the statute and are located in the locations of their units' deployment will be able to take advantage of special offers, discounts, and social benefits from the Pluses program partners in the application.
