This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the head of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on the Organization of State Power, Local Self-Government, Regional Development and Urban Planning, Olena Shulyak.
«By 2026, the Ministry of Digital Affairs aims to digitalize all public services we receive from the state. This is their goal and I believe in them,» she noted.
According to her, in order to simplify the process of obtaining permits for entrepreneurs, Ukraine is obliged to create an appropriate digital platform.
Shulyak also noted that another emphasis will be on reducing and standardizing business inspections.
«Every business knows what seven circles of hell it takes to get the right to work. These inspections are different — starting from the State Labor Service of Ukraine and ending with the State Emergency Service. They can occur continuously, which in fact prevents the business from working and, accordingly, does not contribute to the receipt of funds to the budget in the form of taxes. European practice in this regard is a unified, simplified process. We will follow the same path — the number of inspections and their duration will be significantly reduced thanks to a special insurance policy. Its presence will mean that no one will come to you with an inspection, since all risks are insured», — she said.
The deputy added that these reforms are part of the EU requirements and without this, Ukraine will not be able to continue receiving funding under the Ukraine Facility program.
Previously, Olena Shulyak also stated that internally displaced persons will be resettled in vacant real estate through «Diya», and the Ministry of Digital Affairs will be involved in the creation of such a housing base.
