"It will allow you to generate your own path to recovery depending on your available time and preferences": Ukraine plans to launch an AI platform for travel planning
As part of the initiative of the State Agency for Tourism Development of Ukraine (DART) "Journey to Yourself. Paths of Recovery" they are creating an AI platform - a personalized product for everyone who needs to restore strength. Currently, the DART team, together with Brand Ukraine, has completed the first stage of selecting locations and "places of silence"; the launch of the platform is planned for this summer.

Currently, the DART team, together with Brand Ukraine, has completed the first stage of selecting locations and "places of silence"; the launch of the platform is planned for this summer.
This was stated by DART head Natalia Tabaka in an interview with The Page.
"The main tool will be a digital platform with integrated artificial intelligence, which we are currently working on. It will allow a person to generate their own path to recovery depending on the available time and preferences: whether through interaction with culture and nature, or through spaces of hospitality," Tabaka noted.
The platform will offer support from travel companies that will take care of all the organizational details if the user does not have the resources even to plan independently. This is the most inclusive solution — both in terms of geography and time, and in terms of finances.
Both mid-budget offerings and recovery practices with free or minimal access will be available.
The internal launch deadline is mid-summer 2026. Active work with IT specialists and locations is currently underway.
During the second half of 2026, DART will test the initial digital platform, and in 2027 it should become full-fledged and adapted, taking into account all recommendations from travelers. We will announce all exact dates on the official pages of DART and Brand Ukraine.
"It is important to note that this national program is being implemented without involving budget funds. We already have three financial partners who joined the launch of the initiative. Currently, we are continuing the dialogue with international donor organizations and Ukrainian business to jointly build a new tourism ecosystem in Ukraine. This is both an economic component and a tool for restoring the mental and physical health of Ukrainians, and a way to preserve our cultural heritage and understand our own identity," The Page added.
