This decision is part of the government's strategy to quickly restore critical infrastructure after Russian attacks.
If servers or communication equipment are under threat of attack, companies don't have time for lengthy bureaucratic procedures and waiting for lease results. A simplified mechanism solves this problem through the following steps:
From now on, providers and data center owners can rent space from state-owned companies without conducting electronic bidding (auctions).
It allows you to remove critical equipment from the attack and deploy it to a new, safer location in a matter of days;
The simplified rental procedure will be in effect throughout the martial law period and for another 6 months after its termination.
