The service center accepts branded equipment regardless of the manufacturer — both BlueBird Tech's own stations and devices from EcoFlow, Bluetti, Jackery, Anker, GENA, and other manufacturers.

The service center accepts branded equipment regardless of the manufacturer — both BlueBird Tech's own stations and devices from EcoFlow, Bluetti, Jackery, Anker, GENA, and other manufacturers.
The service is available in several variations: from eliminating a specific faulty component to a complete "turnkey" device restoration. The company's specialists commission stations if they:
do not turn on or do not accept a charge;
discharge quickly or do not hold capacity;
give errors on the battery (BMS);
have damaged connectors, outputs and controls;
have suffered mechanical damage (after falling, being flooded with liquid, or unsuccessful previous repair).
Diagnostics: costs from 1,000 UAH and lasts up to two working days. Before accepting the device, the specialist pre-checks the model compatibility and the availability of the necessary components.
Repair time: depending on the complexity of the breakdown and the supply of spare parts - up to two weeks.
Transparency of processes: the final cost of the work is agreed with the client only after the diagnosis is completed.
"We understand well how important backup power is today and how quickly it may be needed again. The enemy continues to attack the energy infrastructure, so a faulty charging station means losing the ability to stay connected, connected, or working during outages. First, it is worth conducting diagnostics and understanding whether a replacement is really necessary or whether the station can be quickly restored," the company notes.
Submitting a request: on the official BlueBird Tech website , the client indicates the brand, model, and describes the problem (photos or videos are attached if available).
Coordination of details: a specialist checks the possibility of repair. The station can be delivered in person or sent by Novaya Poshta.
Diagnostics and coordination: craftsmen determine the cause of the malfunction and coordinate the estimate before starting work.
Receipt and warranty: after completion of work, the client receives a working device. All work performed is covered by a 14-day warranty.
The company emphasized that they do not accept stations of artisanal/unknown origin, as well as devices for which spare parts are missing or whose repair is economically inexpedient.
