They will gain hands-on experience using AI tools, experience working with real business cases, and the opportunity to join the Universe Group team.

The first Vibecoding Hackathon to create AI agents for business will be held in Kyiv: how to participate

Universe Group will host the Vibecoding Hackathon in Kyiv. Over two days, October 4–5, developers, product managers, business analysts, and anyone interested in AI will work on creating solutions for business challenges. They will gain hands-on experience using AI tools, work with real-world business cases, and have the opportunity to join the Universe Group team.

Teams participating in the competition will need to create one of the proposed AI agents:

Reputation Guardian is an agent that monitors a brand in real time: Reddit, social networks, Google. It should detect threats, analyze the narrative and suggest how to respond;

Team Intelligence Agent — an AI assistant that will become the team's brainpower. It should answer questions, raise forgotten ideas, analyze calendar and tasks to separate focus from noise, form personalized training programs, and turn chaos from notes into clear product concepts;

AI Growth Strategist is an agent that will take care of marketing and strategy. It must generate creatives, write texts for landing pages and pages, analyze traffic and creatives, collect data on competitors, propose pricing, and select products based on user requests.

Who would be interested in participating in the hackathon?

Engineers who understand business needs and know how to solve them quickly and effectively on a turnkey basis;
Cursor experts who have a confident level of proficiency and can break down complex things into simple elements;
Product Manager or Product Analyst, who, even without a technical background, are able to solve a query using AI;
Business Analysts who know how to use AI tools and see their value;
specialists in marketing, operations, and sales who believe that AI will not replace them, but rather enhance them, and have already dealt with Cursor;
AI enthusiast who is interested in vibecoding and is already spending their free evenings trying to figure out the details.

What will participants get from the hackathon?

During the hackathon, participants will gain experience working with product IT business cases, deepen their skills in using AI and Cursor, make new acquaintances, be inspired, have the opportunity to implement their ideas, and potentially get a job in a company.

The 3 winning teams will receive gifts from the organizers. For the first place, participants will receive ReMarkable tablets, for the second place - Airpods, and for the third place - Kindle e-books. The winners will be selected by a jury consisting of top managers of Universe Group.

How to join?

To join the competition, participants must submit an application on the website by September 26. After receiving confirmation of registration, they must send a video business card and undergo a short interview (up to 30 minutes).

The competition will be held offline in Kyiv on October 4–5.

And for the participation of each participant, the company will transfer 1,000 UAH to support the Tytanovi rehabilitation center.
