Chinese robotics company AgiBot has launched Qingtian Rent, a new platform for renting humanoid robots for 16 different uses. The robots can be rented for weddings, business meetings, concerts, exhibitions, and more.
For example, on the platform you can rent a Unitree U2 dancing robot for $690 per day, while a more affordable model of the Unitree Go2 Air robot dog will cost about $138 per day, writes Interesting Engineering.
Meanwhile, renting the AgiBot Yuanzheng A2 model, which is touted for its advanced interaction capabilities, costs around $1,380 per day. All rental rates listed already include technical support and transportation.
Qingtian Rent currently operates in 50 cities, and has already attracted 600 service providers and over 1,000 robots. AgiBot plans to expand its robot service network to over 200 cities in 2026.
In addition, they plan to attract more than 10 original equipment manufacturers and establish a network with more than 200 leading rental service providers. They also plan to attract more than 3,000 content creators and serve about 400,000 customers.
The robot rental market in China is estimated to be worth over $140 million in 2025. With the launch of Qingtian Rent, this figure could grow to over $1.4 billion next year. China is currently a large-scale testbed for the RaaS (“Robot as a Service”) model, which has already become widespread.
