So, currently, there are two self-service branches operating in the capital — No. 256 and No. 26.
“The new format is quickly gaining supporters: on the first day, 27% of parcels at branch No. 256 were received by customers through self-service,” the Novo Poshta press service reported .
How it works
- You need to scan the barcode in the app or enter the phone number on the terminal screen.
- Pay for delivery and receive the package from an automatically illuminated cell.
- Shipments are processed through the terminal or in advance in the application. Operator support is available if necessary.
What's next?
In February, such branches will appear in Irpen, Zhytomyr, Vinnytsia, Kropyvnytskyi, and Odessa. They also plan to increase their number in the capital.
In total, the company plans to open 20 new format branches in 2026.
