Vodafone topped the home Internet quality rating in Ukraine for 2025

According to the Barometer of fixed Internet connections in Ukraine by nPerf, Vodafone scored 117,434 nPoints, while Kyivstar scored 108,417 nPoints. The average market score in the report is 112,926 nPoints. The measurements were collected over a year, from January 1 to December 31, 2025, on national networks.
In the nPerf table, Vodafone showed higher average speeds: download 200.48 Mbps and upload 196.42 Mbps. For comparison, Kyivstar had these figures of 109.04 Mbps and 127.79 Mbps. At the same time, Kyivstar was ahead in latency, 18.32 ms versus 22.40 ms for Vodafone, which is a better option for games and real-time calls. Separately, nPerf assessed the viewing quality: Vodafone had higher figures for web surfing 70,09% and for video playback on YouTube 79,66%.
In the analysis section, nPerf notes that the market is highly competitive between the two leaders, with Vodafone maintaining its lead and showing a 17,7% year-on-year increase in revenue. The report also states that both operators share the top spot in FTTH technology.
nPerf ranks apps based on user measurements in its apps and tests, condensing them into a final score of nPoints. The score takes into account download and upload speeds, latency, as well as web browsing and video streaming.
