Today, a resolution amending the Rules for Crossing the State Border by Citizens of Ukraine was published on the government portal. This means that starting tomorrow, August 28, men aged 18 to 22 inclusive will be able to travel abroad.
The resolution itself was adopted by the Cabinet of Ministers on August 26 and published the next day, that is, today, August 27.
Let us remind you that, as explained by the spokesman for the State Border Service of Ukraine, to cross the border, men aged 18 to 22 need a passport document, which gives the right to cross the border, as well as a military registration document (or a military registration document in electronic form).
