Thus, as reported by the Vyriy Industries press service, the companies returned more than UAH 32 million after the decision entered into legal force.
During the trial, the company’s lawyers submitted written objections to the seizure, as well as documents regarding the purpose of the seized funds, in particular for paying salaries to employees.

I am grateful to everyone who supported us these days, and I hope that further consideration of the case will also take place exclusively within the legal framework,» commented the situation CEO of Vyriy Industries Oleksiy Babenko.
As a reminder, during searches on July 7, law enforcement officers seized over UAH 32 million, intended, in particular, for paying salaries to the company’s employees. Vyriy Industries provided the court with relevant documents to confirm their origin and purpose.
Despite the seizure of funds, searches, and subsequent legal proceedings, the company did not stop its operations.
