A new feature has appeared in the Reserve+ mobile application that allows you to pay a fine for not registering for military service at a new address after changing your place of residence. The Ministry of Defense explained how this will work in practice.
To pay the fine you must:
Go to the "Online Fines" section.
Submit a statement acknowledging the violation.
The CCC must consider the application and send a resolution within three days. After that, it becomes possible to pay a fine of 8,500 UAH (50% of the full amount) within 20 days.
If the fine is not paid within 20 days, the full amount of UAH 17,000 will have to be paid. If the fine is not paid within the next 20 days, the fine will double to UAH 34,000. If the fine is ignored for 40 days from the date of the decision, the case will be transferred to the enforcement service. This may lead to the blocking of bank accounts, the seizure of property or transport, and entry into the Unified Register of Debtors.
After paying the fine, the red warning ribbon in the application will disappear. However, paying the fine closes the specific violation, but does not exempt you from the obligation to comply with military registration requirements.
It is planned that by the end of August 2025, the opportunity to pay fines for all types of violations of military registration rules will be available in Reserve+.
