Since the start of the full-scale invasion, Ukraine's digital audience has decreased by 27% and is 17.8 million people.
This is stated in the Digital Research 2025 study, which was conducted by the CEO of the Newage agency, writes "Detector Media".
As of February 2022, the number of users was 24.2 million, aged 14–70. This was the size of the paying audience that marketers were working with at the time. During the Great War, this audience decreased to 17.8 million.
The largest decrease occurred in the first year of full-scale operation - the number of users decreased by 24% or 5.9 million.
Over the following years, the situation stabilized and the decline practically stopped.

But the total number of Ukrainian users of digital platforms is higher. To the 17.8 million, the Newage agency also added other active users: 1.8 million under the age of 14 and 1.2 million people aged 70+.
Thus, the total number of Ukrainian users of digital platforms today is approximately 21 million people.
