To simplify this task and remove the human factor and unnecessary routine from daily work, the Injobe platform has developed and launched an ecosystem of 11 online calculators on its website. The tool is designed as a single window where you can quickly and accurately check any calculation — from retirement to maternity benefits.
The full employee life cycle: from hiring to retirement
The main idea of the project is to close all points of intersection between the employee and the company throughout the entire period of cooperation. Instead of searching for separate formulas on different resources, the user receives a holistic system.
The calculations cover four key blocks of questions:
Finances and tax burden. In the salary block, you can instantly convert the amount from gross to net and vice versa, as well as estimate the employer's full costs. The tax calculator automatically calculates payments for individual entrepreneurs of groups 1–3 and employees, taking into account personal income tax, increased military levy and social security contributions. A separate tool is responsible for indexing income based on the official monthly consumer price indices of the State Statistics Service.
Vacation planning and compensation. Vacation calculators help determine the number of accumulated days of basic, additional, or social vacation, based on time worked. If a person is planning a vacation or resigns, the service will calculate the average daily salary for the last 12 months and the total amount of vacation pay or compensation.
Social benefits. To calculate sick leave, the calculator determines the percentage of payment depending on the insurance period and automatically distinguishes which part is covered by the employer and which by the Pension Fund of Ukraine. A separate module is provided for maternity benefits, which takes into account the specifics of calculating 100% of average income for 126 or 140 days and legislative limits.
Time rationing and seniority. A production calendar with working hours and days norms for 2025–2027 has been developed for drawing up timesheets. In addition, special calculators allow you to summarize work and insurance seniority (taking into account maternity leave, education, or periods of work as an individual entrepreneur) and assess future pension prospects using the PFU formula.
Why these calculations are reliable and convenient
Injobe developers paid special attention to the relevance of the regulatory framework. All calculations are based on the current norms of the Labor Code, the Tax Code, and relevant regulations. The algorithms take into account current basic indicators — in particular, the minimum wage (8,647 UAH), personal income tax (18%), military levy (5%) and social security contribution (22%), as well as the peculiarities of accruals during martial law. As soon as changes occur in the legislation, the calculators are updated.
Among the main usability advantages of the service is the complete absence of barriers for the user . To make a calculation, you do not need to register, enter personal data, or leave an email address.
Another handy feature is the sharing of results. All entered values are stored directly in the web address (URL) of the page. This means that an accountant or HR person can create a calculation and simply send the link to a colleague or employee - they will see exactly the same figures. If necessary, the result can be immediately sent for printing.
A tool for team transparency
Thanks to its simple interface, the service solves not only technical but also communication problems within companies. It helps accountants quickly check formulas, HR managers more accurately plan schedules and vacations, and employees clearly understand how their salaries are formed and what taxes are paid to the budget.
