Prime Minister Serhiy Koretsky said this in an interview with BBC News Ukraine.
According to him, over the past 6–8 months, the number of reservations and postponements has been growing rapidly — tens of thousands of people are receiving them every month. Koretsky believes that this trend needs to be stopped, in particular due to abuse by individual companies.
"The one who created a company that produces two drones per year, but has booked hundreds of people as employees, is the one who should worry," the prime minister says.
He explained that the main criteria for determining critical enterprises should be defense capability and the state's livelihood. High salaries and the absence of tax debts, in his opinion, do not in themselves make a company critical.
Previously, dev.ua wrote that the government is considering the possibility of canceling 100% reservation of employees of certain critical enterprises.
