This is stated in the latest Forbes Ukraine ranking. It notes that 40% of the startups on the list were founded during the full-scale Russian invasion. The oldest participant, Ringostat, is already 11 years old.
In addition, 5 startups in the ranking are valued at around $30 million, with the most expensive being Portal AI with a valuation of $50 million.
