The 50 best employers in the country according to Forbes Ukraine. Which IT companies made it to the rating
Forbes Ukraine presents the Employers' Ranking of Ukraine for the fifth year in a row. This year, the study was conducted with the support of Robota.ua. Almost 48,000 employees from more than 270 companies participated in the survey.
The study showed that businesses are rapidly changing their attitudes towards employees in response to the staffing crisis. The composition of the list of the 50 best employers has been updated by almost half: 23 names that were not in the top 50 last year are included.

The study showed that businesses are rapidly changing their attitudes towards employees in response to the staffing crisis. The composition of the list of the 50 best employers has been updated by almost half: 23 names that were not in the top 50 last year are included.
"Despite the great mobility of the rating, its industry composition remains stable. Among the top 50, like last year, there are 10 IT companies, six retailers, five agricultural companies, and five banks. The number of pharmaceutical companies has increased from five to six, and the DILA laboratory has also entered," Forbes Ukraine reports .
1. The top 50 was led by the IT company Intellias (3,007 employees), which received a total of 82 points.
2. In second place is the telecom company Vodafone (3,485 employees) with a total score of 80.
3. The top three are closed by the EdTech company Headway (390 employees) — 80 points.
5. IT company appflame is ranked 5th in the ranking (350 employees) and has 79 points.
6. Kyivstar ranks 6th and has 78 points (3,347 employees).

14. Game development company Zagrava, 140 employees, 75 points.
16. Ciklum , 2050 employees, 75 points.
20. Sigma Software , 2,000 employees, 74 points.

38. EPAM Systems , 9,570 employees, 70 points.
49. SoftServe, 7272 employees, 67 points.
Forbes Ukraine notes that the service of a psychologist has become established in companies, but its availability as part of the social package varies greatly. Among all the companies evaluated, 38% of employees can use it, and among the top 50 - already 55%.
The study also showed that employee health insurance coverage increased by three percentage points among the top 50 companies in 2024, to 88%.
In addition, two-thirds of employees from companies in the ranking have reservations. Although this indicator varies significantly between different companies, it is still not decisive in employees' sympathy for the employer.
"Some companies with the highest percentage of bookings never made it to the top 50," Forbes Ukraine noted.
Recall that in the winter, DOU presented its traditional rating of the best IT employers in 2024. For this, 16,000 IT professionals were surveyed.
