Over 500,000 UAH on websites for occupiers: IT worker to be tried in Ivano-Frankivsk

A 37-year-old man will be tried in Ivano-Frankivsk, who for a long time created and administered websites for Russian companies and representatives of the occupation authorities. He even had an official partnership agreement with one of the companies, the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Prosecutor's Office reports .
"Such sites helped Russia expand its influence and conclude contracts for the supply of products to state institutions of the Russian Federation," the prosecutor's office said in a statement.
For his work, the Ivano-Frankivsk resident received over UAH 575,000. To hide the origin of the money and circumvent sanctions, he made payments through foreign payment systems and cryptocurrency wallets.
Previously, dev.ua reported on the detention in Kharkiv of an IT specialist who was passing on to the enemy the coordinates of the Ukrainian Armed Forces for the assault on Kupyansk. He already has one criminal record for collaborating with the enemy.
Also in the fall, an IT specialist from Ukrenergo was detained in the Kyiv region, who was directing Russian drones at critical infrastructure in Kyiv.
