According to the Vyriy press service, 12,239 investors invested their money in the defense company, and the average investment amount was UAH 40,819.
However, the tool was only launched on August 13.
Recall that a retail investor has the opportunity to purchase certificates of the Inzhur MilTech fund, which invests the funds raised in corporate bonds of Vyriy Industries.
The minimum investment is from 1,000 UAH, and you can join until December 31, 2026.
According to Vyriy Industries, the raised capital will be used to expand production and purchase components.
Thus, the Inzhur MilTech Fund became the first instrument in Ukraine that gives private investors the opportunity to directly finance defense production.
