The Council noted that Ukrainian producers are capable of producing more than the state can finance, so exports will help maintain the pace of production, reduce the cost of production, and provide it to the Defense Forces.
Each weapon product that will be exported will undergo full control, have an end-user certificate, and a ban on re-export.
