SoftServe opened an Alley of Memory for fallen colleagues who died in the War of Independence of Ukraine

«We are opening the Alley of Memory near the head office in Lviv — a place that will capture the courage of our colleagues and our gratitude,» SoftServe announced on its social networks.

The Alley is lined with trees and has memorial plaques for SoftServe employees who defended Ukraine from a full-scale Russian invasion. These are:

• Roman Borovyk — Lead Software Engineer;
• Taras Chuchman — Senior E-learning Developer;
• Yuriy Kalinkin — Middle Software Engineer;
• Andriy Kubay — Test Automation Lead;
• Ivan Gumenyuk — Azure DevOps Engineer.

 

 

 

The company added that all Ukrainian offices will also honor the memory of their colleagues with «flowers that have become a symbol of grief» — «sunflowers.» Currently, SoftServe has about 400 employees who have joined the Defense Forces.

Let us remind you that the DOU publication created a project in honor of Ukrainian IT workers who gave their lives while defending Ukraine from a full-scale Russian invasion.
