Nova Forge runs on top of SageMaker AI and gives developers access to Nova checkpoints at different stages of training, from early pre-training to post-training phases. This allows them to build their models virtually from scratch, but with a Nova foundation.
Nova Forge is aimed at companies that need custom LLMs with a deep understanding of internal processes, documentation, specific terms, and corporate knowledge. In essence, the service allows you to build your own enterprise-level «GPT model» — but without the risk of losing the extensive reasoning capabilities inherent in Nova.

Nova Forge has launched in the AWS US East (N. Virginia) region. Amazon promises to expand the geography of the service in the coming months.
