Telecom operator Kyivstar announced the launch of the «Ambitious» educational grant program, under which 30 talented young people will be able to obtain a bachelor’s degree for free.
The new initiative was announced by the company’s president, Alexander Komarov, on his LinkedIn page. The program is aimed at motivated young people who have high potential, but due to difficult life circumstances are limited in their financial capabilities to enter top educational institutions.
The grants are designed for four years of study at KSE University (Kyiv School of Economics), Ukrainian Catholic University (UCU), and American University Kyiv (AUK).
According to the head of the company, the main goal of the project is to support those who consciously choose to study in Ukraine and plan to join the restoration of the state. The company undertakes full financial support for the entire bachelor’s cycle for the selected participants.
«We strive to support talented, motivated Ukrainian youth who choose to study in Ukraine. This is more than financial assistance — it is an investment in the future generation of leaders and specialists. We will only help so that circumstances do not become a barrier,» said Oleksandr Komarov.
He also added that as a person with three higher educations, he understands the importance of access to quality knowledge for a career and personal start. The list of partner universities was selected based on their high teaching standards and modern approaches to training specialists.
