At an online briefing by the Rivne Regional State Administration, he noted that this is the third stage of digitalization of the process. This is reported by Suspilne.
«The first step was to create electronic referrals to the VLK in Reserve+. Now these referrals have a clear date», — said Taras Husaruk.
According to him, a conscript who wants to undergo a VLK can generate a referral and «go to a designated medical facility at a designated time,» where he will be examined by a commission. The military added that at the third stage of digitalization of VLK, anonymized cases will be considered.
«This will happen in November of this year. There will be no names and surnames, so the doctor will not know who he is examining. This will reduce corruption risks», — Taras Husarchuk noted.
He recalled that due to the workload of military medical commissions, the deadlines for the review of those with limited fitness were postponed until June 2025.
Earlier, Defense Minister Rustem Umerov announced the reform of military medical commissions, namely, the implementation of the electronic cabinet of the Military Medical Commission in the Medical Information System of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
