The National Center for Operational and Technical Management of Electronic Communication Networks of the State Service for Special Communications has ordered Internet providers to unblock the domains of the Antikor Internet resource — antikor[.]com[.]ua and antikor[.]info.
As stated in the report, the NCU canceled the order to block these domains from May, guided by the decision to secure the claim of the Kyiv District Administrative Court.
In the court registry , we managed to find a decision to initiate administrative proceedings on the claim of LLC «Information Agency «TEKA NEWS» (Antikor) against the National Center for the Prevention of Corruption.
Also in the statement of claim, the plaintiff indicates as a third party that does not assert independent claims on the plaintiff’s side — the Security Service of Ukraine.
The case materials state that, at the plaintiff’s lawyer’s request, the NCU provided a copy of the SBU letter dated May 7, 2025. In it, the special service asked the State Service for Special Communications to block access to the Antikor websites (antikor[.]com[.]ua and antikor[.]info), which, according to the SBU’s conclusions, systematically disseminated messages consonant with Russian propaganda from 2014 to 2024. In particular, it was about delegitimizing the Ukrainian authorities, discrediting the Armed Forces of Ukraine, imposing the idea of a «civil conflict» in the east, and undermining trust in state institutions and international partners.
