«We have implemented the „Benefit Cafeteria“ — a flexible benefits system that, in my opinion, will help level the playing field for employees in the office and remotely… Honestly, these changes are quite exciting for me — let’s see if it works better than the previous benefits system. I will do an analysis in a few months and share the results,» wrote Yulia Rakhmanova.
According to her, instead of a single set of bonuses, employees receive a monetary limit in certain categories and can choose services according to their own needs.

At the same time, corporate health insurance, compensation for external training, and English lessons remained separate benefits.
A feature of the new model is the different conditions for office and remote workers. The company has provided higher limits for remote employees, since they do not enjoy office benefits — free meals, massages, and other services available in the office.
«The compensation is annual with fixed amounts, a separate limit for office employees and a separate one for remote workers,» Yulia noted.
In addition, appflame has created a system that allows employees to track their balances for each category in their own profile.
