"Everyone is being removed from the wanted list, but there is a certain procedure for what to do in the future." Arakhamia "spoils" Fedorov's reform regarding the solution to the problem of 2 million evaders in the register
David Arakhamia, head of the Servant of the People faction and member of the National Security and Defense Committee, reported that the Ministry of Defense, under the leadership of Mykhailo Fedorov, has developed a certain algorithm of actions regarding the 2 million draft evaders listed in the register.
David Arakhamia, head of the Servant of the People faction and member of the National Security and Defense Committee, reported that the Ministry of Defense, under the leadership of Mykhailo Fedorov, has developed a certain algorithm of actions regarding the 2 million draft evaders listed in the register.
«There is both improvement and, probably, deterioration. He (Fedorov — Ed.) is rebuilding a certain new balance as a concept. There is an issue, for example, two million people on the wanted list (TCK — Ed.). There, they are all removed from the wanted list, but there is a certain procedure for what to do in the future,» the people’s deputy noted.
According to him, the proposed changes contain both «populist» and «tougher» things, but to understand the concept, it must be looked at comprehensively.
Arakhamia also shared that the reform of legislative changes regarding mobilization is in the final stages and will be presented to parliament.
«He (Fedorov — Ed.) will make a presentation in the committee, and then it will be a presentation for the factions and groups, because his approach will require changes to the legislative field. There is a big, certain reform there. They are already in the final stages,» Arakhamia noted.
At the same time, in an interview with RBC-Ukraine, military ombudsman Olga Reshetylova stated that society must be prepared for unpopular decisions regarding mobilization.
«Those who have been running away from service for more than one year will not like it. But there is no way without it. You can’t parasitize endlessly on the same people, their resource is also running out,» she noted.
As dev.ua reported, the Ministry of Defense previously announced that from April 1, Ukraine is planning significant innovations regarding the mobilization process and reforming the work of the CCC, as various media outlets have been writing about for a long time.
