Ukrainian-Estonian startup Ark Robotics showed a system that allows you to control a drone from a distance of 2,000 km
Ark Robotics demonstrated the Frontier System at the DALO EXPO 2025 exhibition, which took place in Denmark on August 20-21. Thanks to the system, visitors could remotely control a ground robot, which was located almost 2,000 km away at a training ground near Kyiv, in real time.
Ark Robotics COO Denys Glushko told Defender Media about this. Frontier System is the company’s flagship product.
It is an artificial intelligence-based system for controlling robotic platforms with minimal human involvement. The Frontier System allows you to control thousands of air, sea and land drones at a considerable distance.
The platform features a unified management interface for commanders and operators and allows for encrypted streaming video and telemetry in real time. The Frontier System is currently in the prototype stage.

Glushko said that the system can work with Ark Robotics drones and drones from other manufacturers. Visitors to DALO EXPO 2025 flew the company’s own NRC, as well as the Ukrainian ground drone «Targan».
Previously, the Ukrainian company UNWAVE showed a new Pastka solution: a software package for «smart» control of electronic warfare (EW) and electronic reconnaissance (ERR) equipment.
