America Ukraine Strategic Partners (AUSP) has introduced a new digital platform that aims to connect major U.S. and NATO defense companies with selected Ukrainian defense companies.
The platform should simplify cooperation within government procurement programs and simultaneously accelerate the transfer of Ukrainian innovations to Western partners. According to the initiators, special support should be given to projects that can be integrated into the procurement programs of the armed forces in the future.
AUSP works closely with the Ukrainian defense technology development cluster Brave1. One of its areas of focus is establishing connections between startups and development teams with government agencies and investors.
The platform is open to companies developing unmanned and autonomous systems, electronic warfare, and AI-based reconnaissance and target acquisition systems, cybersecurity, and information security. Western companies will gain structured access to these capabilities while facilitating integration into larger industrial programs.
The approach, which AUSP calls «Compliance-by-Design,» aims to ensure that collaboration between Ukrainian technology companies and Western system integrators can be incorporated into government procurement programs without significant regulatory hurdles.
AUSP is currently organizing several events in the United States where Ukrainian technology companies present their solutions to potential industrial partners and investors.
