The Reserve+ mobile application has a new login method using "Act.Signature", which has become an alternative to the BankID service. In addition, the developers have strengthened security requirements and updated the support interface.
This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. To use the new functionality, on the login screen, you must click the "Log in via Diya" button, confirm your login to the "Diya" application using "Diya.Signature" and return to "Reserve+". To authorize in this way, the user must have activated "Diya.Signature", which can be created in "Diya" if they have an ID card or biometric passport.
The department noted that the new login method is gradually being rolled out to users. If the corresponding button is not displayed after updating the application, you should continue to use BankID.
In addition to integration with "Diya", in the latest update, the developers improved the stability of authorization, tightened the requirements for PIN codes to increase data protection, and made the interface for contacting the support service more convenient.
Previously, authorization in the application was carried out exclusively through the BankID system of the NBU. In March last year, due to a malfunction in the operation of "Reserve+", a problem with BankID overload was discovered, as a result of which login for users became temporarily unavailable. At that time, the Ministry of Defense announced its intention to introduce additional authorization methods, but did not specify the timing of their implementation.
The Ministry of Defense wants to call up IT workers on a targeted basis — through a push to "Reserve+". But self-employed individuals may drop out of the system
