Together with Oksana Ferchuk, who in July became the new Deputy Minister of Defense for Digital Transformation, Mstislav continues to develop the Reserve+ application, transforming it into an online CCC, as well as Army+ and other initiatives of the ministry.
Recall that since 2019, Banik has managed electronic services at the Ministry of Digital Affairs, launched and developed the application and portal «Diya». It was under his leadership that «Diya» became a mass state product.
In the spring of 2024, Banik joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He was the commander of the strike unmanned aerial vehicle unit, the strike UAV company CODE 9.2 as part of the 92nd brigade.
