According to Baykar CEO Haluk Bayraktar, as part of cooperation with the Academy of Sciences, a scientific center similar to those already operating in Turkey will be created in Kyiv, reports the Minor Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
"We want this to be a social project and a technological bridge between the two countries," said Haluk Bayraktar in a comment to Ukrinform.
President of the Academy of Sciences of Ukraine Stanislav Dovgyi said that the center will house laboratories and workshops, as well as training facilities for teachers of natural and technical disciplines.
"I am confident that by joining forces, we are laying the foundation for new initiatives that will inspire young people to engage in science," added Stanislav Dovgy.
In addition, during TEKNOFEST-2025, the National Center "Small Academy of Sciences of Ukraine" also signed a memorandum with the Turkish Technology Team Foundation, an organization that helps spread scientific and technical knowledge among young people and supports technological entrepreneurship.
