Without visiting the CCC: the government gave the "green light" to electronic referrals to the VLK in the "Reserve+" application
Today, January 28, the Cabinet of Ministers made relevant changes to the procedure for conscription of citizens for military service during mobilization, which paved the way for the introduction of electronic referrals to the VLK in the «Reserve+» application. How will it work?
Today, January 28, the Cabinet of Ministers made relevant changes to the procedure for conscription of citizens for military service during mobilization, which paved the way for the introduction of electronic referrals to the VLK in the «Reserve+» application. How will it work?
We would like to remind you that on January 23, the Ministry of Defense began beta testing of electronic referral to the VLK in the «Reserve+» application. Today, it begins testing the operation of the new service together with testers. After eliminating all possible errors, the service will be fully implemented for all conscripts and reservists.
To undergo an examination to determine suitability for military service, it will no longer be necessary to go to the TCC and the SP with a paper referral — a conscript will be able to submit a request for an electronic referral to «Reserve+» at his own request, receive a notification with the necessary information on his smartphone and immediately arrive at the specified healthcare facility. This will significantly simplify access to referrals, reduce queues at the TCC, and optimize administrative processes.
First of all, electronic referral to «Reserve+» will be able to be generated by those liable for military service who wish to undergo a fitness test themselves. However, later this function will also be available to people who have received a paper summons to undergo the VLK, the Ministry of Defense reports .
The next step in the VLK reform will be the integration of the information systems of the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. And starting from the fall of 2025, a conscript will be able to independently choose a medical institution in Reserve+ that has a contract with the National Health Service of Ukraine for a fitness examination.
