During the winter survey, DOU asked IT professionals aged 18–22 about their plans to go abroad.
Only 9% (50 people) of the 574 respondents said they wanted to leave permanently. 23% or 132 people were undecided about their plans.
The rest of the respondents have no plans to leave Ukraine:
- 36% (206 responses) plan only short trips with a return trip;
- 18% (105 responses) want to leave for a certain period of time and return later;
- 14% (81) do not plan to leave.
