Business model for a startup in 15 days: in September, CLUST is holding a free intensive for entrepreneurs
Venture builder CLUST has opened a call for a 15-day practical intensive "Startup Business Model Design" for those who want to turn a startup idea into a business model that can compete, generate profit, and scale.
Venture builder CLUST has opened a call for a 15-day practical intensive "Startup Business Model Design" for those who want to turn a startup idea into a business model that can compete, generate profit, and scale.
From September 5 to 19, participants of the intensive will go through the full cycle of building a business model: from researching potential users to forming a competitive advantage and financial framework. And the strongest will have the opportunity to continue cooperation with CLUST.
At the heart of the intensive program is a problem that startups face even in promising markets: finding a growing niche is not enough if the team does not understand how to successfully compete in it.
According to RevenueCat, which aggregates data from approximately 200,000 apps with a combined revenue of about $17 billion, the median MRR a year after launch is just $72. At the same time, the top 10% of products earn $25,000–50,000 in MRR, and the top 1% can control 30–40% of the market.
This distribution demonstrates the power law principle: a relatively small number of players receive most of the result. The situation is further changed by the development of AI, which simplifies the creation and copying of product features, and the growth of paid acquisition.
Under such conditions, one of the founder's key tasks is to build a business model with a clear value proposition, distribution channels, and competitive advantage.
Intensive format: from customer research to a ready-made business model
The intensive program is built on the principle of "study - practice - defense" and includes:
15 days of focused work: September 5–19;
12 workshops over 2 weekends: from 12:00 to 16:30, September 5–6 and September 12–13;
practice, consumer research and building a business model from scratch;
network and feedback from practitioners;
1 Pitching Day, where you present your business model.
Between training blocks, participants will work independently: recruit respondents, conduct interviews, test hypotheses, and gradually form their own business model.
Among the program experts:
Timur Dogadkin, Chief Investment Officer CLUST;
Mikhail Travers, Founder at Ruuush, marketer and strategist with 20 years of experience;
GTM Guys team.
On September 19, a Pitching Day will be held with a presentation of ready-made business models. The strongest participants will be able to continue working with CLUST. Possible formats include a paid three-month residency at CLUST Co-Founders in Residence, potential project financing, as well as operational, legal, and mentoring support from a venture builder.
Thus, Pitching Day will be not only the final stage of the intensive, but also an opportunity for teams to move from training to further work on their own startup together with CLUST.
Who is this intensive for?
The intensive is aimed at founders and co-founders of early-stage startups, entrepreneurs with their own idea or experience in starting a business, product and growth specialists, as well as graduates of the CLUST Co-Founders Program.
The program involves intensive independent work between workshops, so participants are expected to be prepared to conduct 10–15 user interviews, work on their own business model, and present it at the final Pitching Day.
How to participate
Participation in the intensive is free of charge, but requires a preliminary selection. You can apply by September 2, 2026, using the link .
