The company emphasizes that scaling up the production of weapons and military technologies in Ukraine depends not only on investments or equipment — the most valuable resource remains engineers who develop unmanned systems, electronic warfare, detection and other technologies. «Today, the greatest value is engineers who can quickly adapt to the challenges of the front and create new solutions. They are the ones who turn ideas into technologies that save the lives of not only military personnel, but also civilians,» BlueBird Tech notes.

In addition to experienced engineers, the company is looking for electronics assembly technicians, financial managers, and other specialists needed to scale production. Some vacancies are also open to Ukrainian specialists currently living abroad.
