"Today I am completing my journey at the Ministry of Digital Economy, a ministry that has fundamentally changed the idea of a state product," he wrote.
He recalled that back in 2019, Mikhail Fedorov invited him to the team with the aim of "building the best conditions in the world for technology business."
"We didn't inherit a ready-made system. We didn't receive instructions. We created it from scratch," Bornyakov noted.
In a comment for dev.ua, Oleksandr Bornyakov noted that he wants to join a defense AI project. However, he clarified that its name is still under NDA.

Oksana Ferchuk has become the head of the Ministry of Digital Transformation. Prior to this appointment, she held the position of Deputy Minister of Defense for Digital Development, Digital Transformations, and Digitalization.
