The founder of the FRACTAL group of IT companies, Artem Borodatyuk, shared that together with his partners he invested about $3 million in a coworking space in the Lukyanivska metro area in Kyiv, but currently cannot rent it out due to the lack of a mailing address.
Borodatyuk stated this during a speech at the Kyiv International Economic Forum, a dev.ua correspondent reports.
«Not many companies opened coworking spaces during the war, as we did. And we did it near the Lukyanivska metro station. I am a very successful investor and entrepreneur, as you understand,» Borodatyuk joked, meaning that this area in the capital is a frequent target for enemy rocket attacks.
He explained that for about 9 months now, his company has been unable to obtain a mailing address for their coworking space due to government bureaucracy, which in turn means they are unable to rent out the space.
«We cannot rent this coworking space and only use it ourselves,» said the founder of the FRACTAL group of IT companies.
«We need to learn to be conductors.» Borodatyuk told how he used artificial intelligence when writing his book and what processes were transferred to AI at Netpeak Group
