As Ukrinform reports, Kyiko stated that the incident that occurred in the Mykolaiv Regional SSC was related to technical problems with document flow.
The lawyer noted that on November 5, the Mykolaiv SSC received an order from the head of the Mykolaiv District Military Administration to cancel mobilization tasks for some enterprises, that is, to cancel the postponement of mobilization.
At the same time, she noted that in addition to the mobilization task, the cancellation of which led to the cancellation of the reservation, the enterprise was previously recognized as critically important for the functioning of the economy and ensuring the livelihoods of the population during a special period.
«Since officials of the Mykolaiv Regional Central and Regional Traffic Police Department did not take this factor into account, the Mykolaiv Regional Central and Regional Traffic Police Department is currently conducting an official investigation into this fact. That is, all the details will be clarified and this issue will be resolved in the future,» she emphasized.

Then there is a postscript that the Mykolaiv Regional Center for Recruitment and Social Support operates within the framework of current legislation,» the People’s Deputy noted.
He noted that now it is impossible to demobilize such a person and the company is losing a critically important employee.
