As Minister of National Unity Oleksiy Chernyshov reported at the event of the Ukrainian Unity Party «War 2025. Weapons, People, Money», so-called Unity Hubs are currently being created in the countries with the largest number of Ukrainians — centers that will provide an opportunity in the future to include citizens from abroad in the labor market in Ukraine.
«Our task is that when a person crosses the border, they already have a status that does not allow them to get into a situation where they are mobilized between the border and the factory,» Chernyshov explained, commenting on the issue of booking Ukrainians from abroad who can be recruited to work in the defense industry.
According to him, such foreign centers will offer Ukrainians a certain list of services, including employment and booking, if provided.
At the same time, Chernyshov added that any Ukrainian can receive reservation from mobilization if this is provided for in a certain field of employment.
As a reminder, the Cabinet of Ministers adopted a decision extending the deadline for rebooking employees and updating the criticality status of enterprises until March 31. The previous deadline expired on February 28, 2025.
