As Koval noted in a column on RBC-Ukraine, the Ministry of Digital Affairs focused on the convenience of extending existing statuses. If an enterprise has a critical status confirmed by the relevant ministry, the system will allow you to avoid canceling your reservation.
She said that on the Diia portal, a manager will be able to apply for an extension of a booking for a group of employees in just «a few clicks.» The service will be available if the company is included in the List of Companies for Booking Military Conscripts on the Diia portal and the employees have a valid booking.
«A separate tool is also provided for enterprises of the defense-industrial complex (DIC) and critical enterprises for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This service allows enterprises of the defense-industrial complex and critical enterprises to reserve employees for a period of up to 45 calendar days if they have unresolved issues with military registration (for example, missing or incorrect registration data, being wanted),» Valeria Koval indicated.
Wanted employees will be booked for a period of up to 45 days from the date of commencement of employment, but no later than the date of termination of the enterprise’s criticality. This functionality should appear on the «Diya» portal by the end of March 2026.
