“There were months when the account brought in $25,000, and there were months when it brought in $8,000.” Ukrainian Sonya Jess told how much she earns on OnlyFans and why she left the country
Ukrainian OnlyFans model Sofia Prots, known as Sonya Jess, shared information about her earnings on the platform.
Ukrainian OnlyFans model Sofia Prots, known as Sonya Jess, shared information about her earnings on the platform.
«There were months when the account brought in $25,000, and there were months when it brought in $8,000. I have 29,000 subscribers on the free page, and it also makes money — for example, messages are „sold“ there,» she noted in a comment for NV.ua.
A subscription to Sonya Jess’s paid page costs $7.5 per month, but her main income, according to her, comes from personal messages, because the most important thing is her VIP subscribers, with whom she communicates in the chat.
The Ukrainian model, according to her, earns an average of about $10,000 «clean» every month: after all, the platform also charges a commission of 20%. But she also has to share these profits, after which about half remains.
«I now live in America, officially pay all taxes, and here it’s almost 50% of my income, and I live in an expensive state — California,» she explains.
In addition, according to her, two more people work with her. «It’s impossible to do everything by myself — filming, cutting videos, setting up mailing lists, etc.,» the model adds.
At the same time, she claims that almost all of her friends who are involved in OnlyFans have gone abroad due to the legal unsettled issue and possible claims from law enforcement officers.
«The problem is not that you have to pay taxes,» explains Sofia Prots. «Girls want to feel free and not think that one day they will come to your house with a search and turn over your things. That’s why they leave.»
At the same time, as we wrote, according to the head of the State Tax Service Ruslan Kravchenko, over three years, from 2020 to 2022, the total amount of income paid to individuals who earned money on OnlyFans amounted to $111 million.
Meanwhile, the head of the parliamentary committee on finance, tax and customs policy, Danylo Hetmantsev, noted the income from the OnlyFans platform, which paid $0.8 million to the budget.
A Vinnytsia resident who paid for a subscription to the model’s OnlyFans content complained about her to the police. Law enforcement officers conducted a test purchase to verify his words and find the girl. What now?
