PlayCity reported that Omovich was advertising an unlicensed casino on her page.
«We remind you that bloggers are prohibited from advertising gambling. And promoting unlicensed casinos has an even greater negative impact on subscribers,» the agency said in a statement.
It states that it is about attracting Alena Omovich’s audience to the illegal gambling market, where there are no guarantees of payments and security of personal data.
«To establish the identity of the blogger, we turned to the BEB. Thanks to the information and search work of the Bureau’s analysts, the person was identified — the individual entrepreneur Starykh Alena Eduardovna received a fine of over 5 million UAH,» PlayCity said.
Recall that in early March, the Kyiv District Administrative Court refused to declare unlawful and cancel PlayCity’s decision of September 5, 2025, which concerned the imposition of a fine on Instagram blogger Rusalochka XL.
In December last year, PlayCity imposed a fine on the famous Instagram blogger Anna Alkhim. The amount of the fine was 4.8 million hryvnias.
