This was stated by Minister of National Unity Oleksiy Chernyshov to Radio Liberty.
«Today, Ukraine, some industries, need specialists like air. This is the defense industry, the military-industrial sector, and other industries. We have a shortage of professionals, we have a shortage of specialists, and Ukraine is ready to reserve most of them from military service,» the government official noted.
According to him, it is for this purpose that it is planned to deploy centers that will help in finding vacancies in Ukraine and in the country where Ukrainians are staying.
«These job centers will be able to provide services and encourage people to choose one or another professional path in Ukraine. I am sure that Ukrainian men strive for this, they want to provide benefits. If he is not ready to continue his path in the military direction, he can offer himself as a specialist — and there is a certain mechanism for this, you just need to use it,» the minister says.
Let us recall that a controversial story recently emerged that had a wide resonance: People’s Deputy Oleksandr Fedienko reported that an employee of a critically important enterprise was mobilized in the Mykolaiv region, allegedly canceling a deferral from conscription.
In turn, the head of the legal service of the Mykolaiv CCC and SP, Tetyana Kiyko, noted that employees of the CCC and SP cannot cancel mobilization reservations for military personnel who work at critically important enterprises.
