«50% of men of draft age are ready to return to Ukraine today, without waiting for the end of the war, if the issue of reservations is resolved. It is not the war today that is the factor that stops men from returning. Of course, they are intimidated by the issue of possible mobilization. Whether it is bad or good, we will evaluate this later, it is what it is,» Interfax Ukraine reports Chernyshov’s words from a meeting of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Human Rights, Deoccupation and Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine, National Minorities and Interethnic Relations.
He added that the «Unity Hubs», which are to appear abroad later, should provide employment services in Ukraine and resolve issues with mobilization and military registration documents.
Oleksiy Chernyshov also presented the working concept of the Ministry of National Unity of Ukraine. In particular, the Agency of National Unity will be created under the Ministry of National Unity. It will open departments in countries where Ukrainians are concentrated, foremost, in Germany, Poland and the Czech Republic. «Unity Hubs» will be created in the capitals of these countries.
Chernyshov also noted that the Ministry of National Unity will work on preparing a draft law on national unity and a special digital platform, Unity App.
