The main interface will also integrate the Claude Design visual tool. The company said it made the changes after feedback from users who were annoyed by having to choose a separate tool for each specific task, Reuters reports .
Now users will no longer have to switch between different environments — Claude will automatically identify and engage exactly the capabilities needed to fulfill a specific request.
Additionally, Anthropic is launching beta versions of Claude Docs and Claude Slides. They allow you to create text documents, slides, and visual designs directly in a single dialog. The finished materials will be editable and exportable:
The update will first be available to Pro and Max paid plan users on the web, desktop, and mobile apps in the coming weeks. Team plan subscribers and Free users will also get access later.
