UPD. “Right now, right before our eyes, a raider seizure of what we have been creating together for years is taking place,” — the co-founder of Concert.ua about the conflict in the company

Previously, dev.ua reported that Concert.ua co-founder Dmitry Feliksov is asking to sell tickets through other operators because the company has a conflict.

In turn, Dmytro Chin and Yevhen Lysenko shared their vision of what is happening inside the company. They claim that Concert.ua and Origin Stage are being taken over by a raider.

Yevhen Lysenko was friends with Dmytro Feliksov back in school, and the story of their partnership began in 1999, when the idea to organize the event "Summer Of Love '99" was born.

When large events began to be held, it became clear how inconvenient it was to sell paper tickets and how easy they were to counterfeit. Then Lysenko, who is a programmer by training, wrote his own system that generated barcodes, printed them on special stickers for physical tickets, and checked them at the entrance to the event.

"In 2007, Dmytro Chin joined the already rather large team (ed. — VIRUS Music). He immediately became an integral part of the team, gushing with ideas, and, thanks to this, our events reached a new level in terms of production quality and marketing," Lysenko said .

In 2010, Chin initiated the transition from paper tickets to electronic ones. Lysenko and Feliksov supported the idea. Thus, the ticketing platform V-Ticket was born.

In 2012, at the initiative of Dmitry Feliksov, the ticket operator Concert.ua was created on the basis of V-Ticket and VIRUS Music.

"In 2014, Dmitry Feliksov and I verbally agreed on my share in the Concert.ua business. Zhenya Lysenko had equal shares in all the numerous joint businesses with Dmitry, including VIRUS Music," Dmitry Chin noted .

The breakthrough for the project occurred in 2017-2018, after restructuring business processes, rebranding, and successful exclusive sales at Imagine Dragons and Eurovision.

“All this would not have happened without the joint efforts of the three of us. Dmytro was responsible for strategy, key customers and finances, Yevhen for the product and ensuring a technological breakthrough, and I for marketing and sales. We helped and challenged each other. It was synergy. Concert.ua today (more precisely as of the end of 2025) is the result of the joint actions of the three of us together with dozens of wonderful people with whom we had the opportunity to work together,” added Chin.

During this time, Dmitry Feliksov responded to the partners' request to legally include them in the company's structure that his word was his. But in March 2025, all three nevertheless signed a Partnership Agreement, which, in particular, specified the shares of joint ownership in the Concert.ua business.

“I could not have imagined that one day my partner would simply decide that Yevhen and I would no longer “exist” in this business. Now, right before our eyes, a raider seizure of what we had created together for years is taking place. Dmitry Feliksov decided that the Partnership Agreement was just a piece of paper, “cancelled” all agreements on Concert.ua, removed Yevhen and I from managing the company and is broadcasting himself as the sole owner,” Chin wrote.

In addition, businessmen claim that there has been a raider seizure of another asset: Origin Stage.

"Two weeks ago, with the assistance of director Oleksandr Kondratenko, without any warning to either me or Dima Chin, as co-owners, they terminated the current contract between Origin Stage LLC and the owner of the premises, and on the same day re-signed it to another of their affiliates, Origin Team LLC," Lysenko said.

Now Lysenko and Chin plan to open a new ticket operator.

Dmytro Feliksov shared his vision of the cause of the conflict on Facebook. According to him, Dmytro Chin and Yevhen Lysenko registered a new company that could supposedly compete with Concert.ua.

“In May 2025, my partners registered the company “SD Orchestra” LLC behind my back. The purpose of the company is to organize events and sell tickets. That is, the same thing we have been doing together for many years. They did this contrary to the partnership framework and the principles that guided us until that moment,” wrote Feliksov.

According to him, they have "a current partnership agreement in the format of a letter of intent and an additional agreement to it, which recorded the existence of a conflict, suspended some of the provisions, and determined the only possible next step - agreeing on a new model of cooperation. On my part, the specified agreement was not violated."

Feliksov claims that after the agreement was signed, Dmytro Chin and Yevhen Lysenko resigned, but access to critical IT infrastructure, CRM systems, the financial platform, and some social networks was not transferred.

In addition, Feliksov says: "The partners refused the proposed model for ending the partnership, instead they issued an ultimatum demanding disproportionate compensation in exchange for returning access. Negotiations on a settlement were broken off unilaterally, and instead of constructive dialogue, pressure began, culminating in an ultimatum with a threat to shut down the entire system on January 14."

That is why Feliksov decided to offer some clients to temporarily transfer events to other ticket operators in order to "protect sales, calculations, and data in conditions of direct operational risk."
